Our High School curriculum is a knowledge and skills-focused programme that encourages students to think and apply their knowledge in real life. We create a safe and supportive environment that is both challenging and exhilarating for students. The lessons are designed to encourage students’ creativity, knowledge construction and skill development. Most of the content is drawn from immediate environment and strategies are adopted to enhance the 21^st century skills. 

Based on the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) guidelines, the High School curriculum is designed to provide our High School students with a broad and balanced programme of study in the following subjects:

English

Kannada

Hindi

Mathematics

Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology from Grade 6 onwards)

Social Science (History and Civics, Geography from Grade 6 onwards)

ICT (Information and Communications Technology)

Physical Education

Life Skills Education

Art and Craft

These courses develop students’ knowledge and key skills that allow them to be successful across all subject areas. Also, students develop critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and their ability to communicate ideas effectively. These learnings assist students to be successful in higher education.

Students are assessed in many specific areas within each subject throughout the year and their progress is recorded. At school level, we conduct Diagnostic, Formative and Summative Assessment at regular intervals to ensure progress in all subjects. In addition to Scholastic Assessments, we conduct Co-Scholastic Assessments to promote all-round development of students. At the end of class 10, a State level examination is conducted. On passing this exam, the student is awarded with the Secondary School Leaving Certificate from the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB)
